Agreement to Terms

Welcome to OutfitChck! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OutfitChck mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Muhammet Fatih Kurt ("we," "us," or "our"), an independent developer.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use OutfitChck. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You can register using:

• Email and password
• Google Sign-In
• Sign in with Apple

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Service Description

OutfitChck provides AI-powered outfit analysis and social features:

Free Features

• Upload outfit photos for AI analysis
• Receive outfit scores (1-10 rating) and basic feedback
• Browse the Discover feed
• Like, comment, and save outfits
• Share outfits to the Discover feed
• Limited to 2 outfit analyses per day

Premium Features

• Unlimited outfit analyses
• Detailed styling insights and recommendations
• Premium badge and exclusive features
• Priority support

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

User Content

Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the photos, comments, and other content you upload or post ("User Content"). You agree NOT to upload or post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory
• Violates intellectual property rights of others
• Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or inappropriate imagery
• Contains personal information of others without consent
• Promotes violence, hatred, or self-harm
• Contains spam, malware, or phishing attempts
• Impersonates another person or entity

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. Content shared to the Discover feed may be subject to moderation before being published.

License to Your Content

By uploading User Content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your content solely for the purpose of:

• Operating and improving the Service
• Processing your photos through AI analysis
• Displaying your content in the Discover feed (if you choose to share publicly)
• Creating aggregated, anonymized analytics

You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. You can delete your content at any time.

AI Analysis Disclaimer

The outfit analysis provided by OutfitChck is generated by artificial intelligence (OpenAI's GPT) and is intended for entertainment and informational purposes only. The analysis:

• Does not constitute professional fashion advice
• May contain inaccuracies or subjective opinions
• Should not be solely relied upon for important decisions
• Reflects algorithmic interpretation, not human expertise

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• Abuse, harass, or threaten other users
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Circumvent usage limits or premium features
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service to collect data about other users

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including its design, features, graphics, code, and original content (excluding User Content), is owned by Muhammet Fatih Kurt and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The OutfitChck name and logo are trademarks. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

Premium Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Terms

Premium subscriptions are available for purchase through:

• Apple App Store (iOS)
• Google Play Store (Android)

All payments are processed by Apple or Google. Subscription terms, pricing, and refund policies are governed by their respective terms of service.

Automatic Renewal

Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple or Google account settings.

Refunds

Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google according to their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Harmful behavior toward other users
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will cease immediately
• Your personal data will be deleted (except as required by law)
• Public content may remain in anonymized form
• You will not be entitled to refunds for unused subscription periods

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Service
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security or freedom from viruses or harmful components
• Accuracy of AI-generated analysis or recommendations

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or expectations.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption or unavailability
• Errors in AI-generated analysis
• Unauthorized access to your account
• User Content or conduct of other users
• Third-party services or content

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Muhammet Fatih Kurt, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your User Content
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your violation of applicable laws

Third-Party Services and Links

The Service integrates with third-party services (Firebase, OpenAI, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In) and may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for:

• The content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party services
• Any damages arising from your use of third-party services
• Interruptions or failures of third-party services

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before filing a formal claim, please contact us to attempt informal resolution. We'll work in good faith to resolve disputes amicably.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Düzce, Turkey.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last updated" date
• Sending an in-app notification or email (for significant changes)

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
